چکیده
The future of muscle weakness is frequently observed in cerebral ischemia, and a common complaint in human. So the animal test for the pathophysiology study and development of drug therapies is necessary. Various methods have been developed and widely used to examine muscle strength in motor performance. In animal model, most of these methods were observed by observers, and they converted the results into the score grade. Because measurement system was manual, the results depend on the observer. This study is used to set up a measurement system of inclined plane for evaluating muscle strength of the rat. This system can automatic increase the angle of the inclined plane and detect the moment just when rat leaves the grip area on the plane, and then stop stepping motor, and send the angle data to PC for statistical analysis.
